We’re a small Australian wedding music business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented admin assistant to help with simple, structured tasks. This is an ongoing role for the right candidate. We’re looking for someone who is consistent, careful, and happy to follow clear step-by-step processes. How the role works: We will introduce tasks gradually over a short training period (a few weeks), so you can learn each part of the workflow properly. At the beginning, you’ll start with simple tasks, and we’ll slowly build up your responsibilities as you become more confident. Workload: Hours will vary depending on how many events we have each week. During quieter periods (generally mid April to October): ~4–5 hours per week During peak season: up to ~10–15 hours per week We’ll communicate clearly each week about what needs to be done. Tasks include: Creating Google Drive folders using a set naming format Updating a spreadsheet with booking details Creating and organising Google Docs Copying and pasting client information into templates Running a simple script (we will show you how) Important: This role does NOT require decision-making or client communication. You will be following clear instructions and processes.
