I have just chosen Zoho Books for my small consulting practice and need someone to walk me through a clean, one-user setup. The goal is to start issuing invoices and tracking expenses without any messy trial-and-error work on my side. Here’s what I expect from you: • Configure the organisation profile, fiscal year, GST/VAT or relevant tax settings, and an appropriate chart of accounts for a service-based business. • Activate online banking feeds, import my opening balances, and create sample transactions so I can see the flow end-to-end. • Set up branded invoice and payment receipt templates and make sure my Stripe payment gateway connects smoothly. • Give me a concise Zoom hand-over session (recorded) explaining daily workflows—creating invoices, reconciling bank feeds, and basic reporting—so I can operate independently from day one. standard reports such as trial balance and balance sheet pre-operation expenses update. At this stage I’m not looking for software integrations or deep custom reporting; a rock-solid initial configuration is all I need. If we nail that, I’ll happily explore additional work together later.
