We are looking for an accounting expert with experience in using XERO software ([url removed, login to view]) to join our growing team. In this position, you will be asked to do daily accounting tasks and send weekly management reports.
You will be responsible for managing;
• Accounts payable and receivable
• BAS returns
• Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Monthly reports
• General administration tasks
• Bookkeeping certification
• Process invoices for some customers
You should have the following;
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• An eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal fluency in English
• XERO proficiency
• Background in business administration
• Comfortable speaking over the phone
• Experience in sending managerial reports to executives
• At least 3-5 years experience in financial accounting
