I am assembling a small, expert-level panel to help me screen Business Analyst candidates and need someone who can drill deep into Workday HCM—especially the Recruitment and Onboarding modules—and cross-reference that knowledge with SAP HR/Payroll and ADP experience. Your core mission is to sit in on scheduled video interviews and assess each applicant’s technical skill set. I will rely on your live questioning, follow-up probes, and concise post-interview notes to decide who advances. Cultural fit or résumé verification are secondary here; I’m counting on you to test the nuts-and-bolts know-how that keeps an HCM deployment running smoothly. Deliverables (per candidate) • 60 minutes of active questioning during the call • A short written assessment (strengths, weaknesses, hire/no-hire recommendation) within 12 hours If you have successfully implemented or supported Workday Recruiting or Onboarding and can speak the same language as seasoned SAP HR/Payroll and ADP professionals, you’re the voice I want on the panel. The below is the JD We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with strong experience in Workday HCM, SAP HR/Payroll, and ADP. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and cross-functional teams to optimize HR systems, streamline integrations, and support continuous improvement in employee lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Workday HCM, SAP HR, and ADP Payroll systems. Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and integration requirements. Support Workday integrations with SAP and third-party systems using EIB, Core Connectors, or custom APIs. Manage and support testing activities including UAT, regression testing, and data validation. Ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance across HRIS platforms. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution across systems. Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and change management. Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments with engineers, analysts, and product teams. Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of business/system analysis experience in HR technology environments. Hands-on experience with Workday HCM (Core HR, Time Tracking, Benefits, Payroll). Experience with SAP HR or SAP Payroll and familiarity with ADP systems. Strong understanding of HR business processes including onboarding, employee data management, compensation, and benefits. Experience supporting system integrations and data flows between HR platforms. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) or Workday Studio. Experience working in fast-paced tech environments or growth-stage organizations. Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SQL, and reporting tools such as Tableau or Looker.
