I need you to create a formula (you may need to create tables to do this) that will calculate the following scenario:
I'm getting a no interest loan from someone with a principal balance of Cell B22 and a balloon payment in B17 years. I want to calculate how much interest (Cell I6) I will earn on their money over the number of years listed in Cell B17 compounded monthly. Here's the thing though... there may or may not be a monthly payment made on the loan. If there is a monthly payment, the monthly payment will be listed in B20 and will 100% go towards principal. If there is a monthly payment made, it will obviously decrease the amount of money I can earn interest on every month so this is what makes the formula complex. Someone else working on this before but didn't do it right. You may need to create an amortization table for each column but that should be done in another sheet in the spreadsheet.
This formula should be calculated in Cell B29 and then also work in Cells C29, D29, E29, F29, G29, H29, & I29 for the data is those rows.
You must speak fluent english as well.
