I need someone who is very organized who can manage payroll for my outsourced team. Here is how it will work: - you will get an email with the name of the person and how many contacts they have found - you will pay each person based on a formula I give you (everyone is paid on performance/how many leads they get - this will all be done thru oDesk/Upwork (you must be familiar with their interface - You will then email me a report from odesk weekly (just download and email). This will be an ongoing job that will pay hourly. I need you to process payments Monday, Weds, and Friday.
