Hi, LAWYER here. For incorporating a company in the US you'll need to know the kind of entity you would be going for: an LLC or C-Corp, & where you would be looking to establish it. States like Nevada are popular with foreign founders. You will also need things like EIN, AoA, Licenses, an RA etc. Though I am not a CPA, I've previously assisted clients in India with the exact same requirements.
