Please quote for hourly wage. 1. You will recieve orders in our online accounting system and in your e-mail. You will then create packing slips. 2. You will book pick up in DHL, UPS and other systems 3. You will trace, by e-mail, lost packages to UPS, DHL and so on. 4. You will record returns in an excel sheet 5. Be in close contact with our export manager You need to be online every day and work for us 5 days a week. You can of course have vacation and so on but we need to be informed in advance. We estimate that you can work at least 4-5 hours per day mon-friday. We will provide some training. We would like for you to have a university education or previously experience of working with European/American companies. DO NOT APPLY if you cannot work every day for us. Please

All of the systems that you are referring to are systems I already have experience using so I would very likely be able to get started with even less training than you normally provide. I have a letter of recommendation from my prior employer where I expanded my skills from basic customer service to Comptroller of the company in case you'd like additional insight into my abilities. I'm certain I can accommodate the needs of your company. I currently work an adjusted day for a client in Africa, where they are now 8 hours ahead of me in Florida, USA. Hourly rate= $6 Availability : 4-5 hrs./day and 5 days per week Hello, I am interested in this job. I have read your requirements and ready to join with regular working schedule. I am currently based in Romania and have a time difference of 1 hr. behind Sweden. So I think time adjustment will not be a problem for me. Hi there, Thank you for reading this. I am physicist engineer by profession and I am very familiar with booking couriers, printing packing slips, entering tracking numbers etc. I was doing this for years for an Australian company who has an eBay business. The orders control software they used was Brightpearl. I can work 4-5 hours every day, including weekends or more. I am looking for a long term position. I am located in Romania and we have almost the same timezone and this could help having a good communication in real time. My bid is $5 per hour, but I can start for less for a trial period.
