Each of you will be expected to complete a critique of a business related research article (marketing, tourism, HR, etc.) from a refereed journal. These articles must be approved by the professor in advance. An electronic copy of the article, with an appropriate cover page including your name, ID is to be attached at the end of the critique.
Find an article in one of the business professional (peer reviewed) journals on business, management, accounting, human resources, marketing, tourism, or other area you are interested in (your area of study?) your choice. The article must includes an identifiable research method (qualitative or quantitative) The critique should be 700 - 800 well chosen word write-up with the following parts:
Overview of the content of the article (10 % of final mark for assignment),
Your editorial comments about such things as the sections included in the article, value of the content, clarity of the content, effectiveness of exhibits (tables and figures) (30% of final mark for assignment),
findings from the research, and most importantly appropriateness of method and methodology (60% of final mark for assignment),
