GPS feeds the trip state, start, route, stops, completion, into that stream, and the ledger side only ever appends, never edits history, so a correction is a new row referencing the original rather than a silent change to a number someone already saw. For build order, I'd get the tracking backend and web portal running first so the trip-to-fare pipeline is provable end to end, then put the driver and customer apps on top of that same API, and finish with exports and the store submissions. Milestone breakdown: M1: data model, auth, trip and ledger streams, $500, 9 days M2: GPS backend and web portal with live tracking, $600, 9 days M3: driver and customer mobile apps, $600, 10 days M4: GST exports, hardening, store publishing, $300, 7 days That's $2000 across 35 days, my working number off the brief.
