Summary:
A. Requirement
In order to test the usability of a matching robot (whose main function is to preliminarily match M&A deals, PE/VC and other transactions in the primary market, while the function does not involve offline negotiation, due diligence, contract signing and delivery) at the stage of the preliminary searching and screening of targets, currently we are looking for 10 experts specialized in M&A, investment and financing (with more than 3 years of experience) to write an example of simulate dialogues.
