I need a dependable accountant to keep QuickBooks Online file fully up to date each business day. Your work will cover the whole transaction cycle—recording sales and income, purchases and expenses, and weekly payroll entries—so nothing sits in “For Review” overnight. Here’s what I expect you to handle: • Bookkeeping: post and categorize every transaction the day it lands • Bank & credit-card reconciliation: match feeds, clear discrepancies, and close the day balanced • Expense tracking: assign costs to the correct classes and projects for accurate job costing • Accounts-receivable reconciliation: keep open invoices current and monthly reconciliation. Every Month, run the standard QuickBooks Online P&L, Balance Sheet, and A/R Aging. We rely on out-of-the-box QBO reports, so no custom layouts are necessary—just accuracy and timeliness. Clear communication is key. A short daily note confirming completion (or listing any issues that need my input) will keep us perfectly in sync. Familiarity with Double task management system is helpful but not required. Proficiency in Google Drive for document storage is required. If you’re experienced with QBO and comfortable working at this daily cadence, I’d love to hear how you would approach the workflow and ensure zero-error books.
