We have incorporated our company in 2016. it's basically a wholly owned subsidiary of an Indian company having it's financial year from April to March.
Since it's incorporation, we have entered into number of transactions relating to
- Capital Introduction.
- Sale of managed servers.
- Purchases from web hosting vendors.
- Payment to contractors in India for outsourcing work. etc.
Now, we want to get it's books of accounts prepared on either Quick books or Zoho books Software.
It would be preferable if the accountant could also guide us about the tax calendar of USA and can prepare the different compliance "ready data".
