We are in Australia and have 2 venture capital funded innovative projects that require a US based registered auditor to undertake an audit to US GAAP standard for a new Nevada company proceeding to an OTC markets public listing. The companies are recently incorporated and not complex. Our preference is for a single professional rather than a top 5 type audit firm.
