Auditor’s Certificate for SECP (Receipt of Consideration Money)

We are a startup in Pakistan looking for a practicing Chartered Accountant (ICAP Member) to issue an Auditor’s Certificate verifying the receipt of consideration money for the allotment of shares, see the attachment. Scope of Work: 1) Provide a signed and stamped Auditor’s Certificate on the firm's letterhead as required by SECP. 2) Provide the auditor’s ICAP Registration Number for entry into the SECP e-services portal. Requirements: 1) Must be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) with a valid practicing certificate. 2) Familiarity with SECP Form 3 (Return of Allotment) requirements. 3) Quick turnaround is preferred. Budget Note: Our total budget for this task is fixed at 3,000 PKR inclusive of all platform fees. Please bid accordingly.
