2-Day Onsite Lead Outreach

I need an energetic marketer to spend two full days in Düsseldorf visiting local mechanical engineering companies, handing over our brochures and flyers, and collecting qualified sales leads, and contact information of purchase managers in purchase department. The focus is pure lead generation, so each drop-in should end with a contact name, a way to reach them, and a quick note on their level of interest. You’ll pre-plan or confirm appointments where possible, move efficiently between sites, introduce our offer in a concise, friendly way, leave the printed collateral I provide, and record the outcome of every interaction. Knowing the industrial zones around Düsseldorf—or being comfortable mapping a logical route—will keep the schedule tight. Deliverables • Spreadsheet per visit: company, contact person, role, email, phone, interest level, comments • Two quick photo proofs per location (reception or brochure placement) • End-of-day email summary so we can adjust the next morning Acceptance criteria: at least 15 qualified contacts per day from mechanical engineering firms inside Düsseldorf or close suburbs. Brochures and flyers will be ready for pickup downtown; if you prefer local printing I can forward the files. The assignment covers exactly two consecutive weekdays, to be completed before month-end.
