Week 8 Final: Designing a School Improvement Guide
In the final assignment of the course, you will use what you have learned to design a decision-making guide for school leaders that focuses on the use of data to make school-related decisions. The intent is to provide an opportunity for you to design a guide that fits the needs of a current educational setting.
Your guide should contain the following:
• A brief background of data-driven decision making.
• How you would use data analysis, or improve the use of data analysis, to design a school improvement plan or to revise/update an existing school improvement plan.
• How data can be used to set and address school improvement goals.
• How you would use data to make school-related decisions: provide a minimum of one specific example.
Length: 8-9 pages not including title and reference pages.
