We need someone knowledgeable in small business operations to work with us in the development of learning resources for students.
This project will be for a learner's guide for BSBCUS402A Address Customer Needs. The outcomes for what the student is required to understand can be found on training gov au website. We will also supply templates etc as necessary.
We will supply the general outline of this subject but expect to write topics on effective communication with customers, how to establish their needs, open and closed questioning, matching products to their needs, rights and responsibilities of customers and business (Australian focused), dealing with complaints, basics of CRM software and how to maintain customer details, gaining referrals and an overview of what constitutes good customer service.
Throughout your writing, you will need to include examples that cover service and retail type businesses, with a focus on small business examples.
You may refer students to journal articles and textbook chapters to support their learning, as long as it is not more than one journal article per issue or 10% or 1 chapter of a textbook (which ever is greater). You must supply us with a copy of anything you wish them to read.
Assessments will be structured by our staff and are not part of this project, however you will be expected to supply 20 to 30 multiple choice style questions on each topic once the material is finalised. These are for self learning activities online.
The time frame for completion of this project is one month. Expect to write around 20,000 words in total for the content of the learner's guide.
Your English must be excellent including spelling, grammar and context. The learner's guide must be proof read before submitting to us for approval. Excess errors will require fixing before we accept the subject.
The audience for the subject is Australian students looking to learn about customer service in small business. You must refer to Australian legislation etc throughout and ensure all text matches regulations here.
Milestones will be set up for stages of delivery of the project and only released once we are 100% satisfied with your work.
To be considered for this project, please include a few paragraphs on customer service (covering any of the topics listed above) as a sample of your work. Any bids without this sample will not be considered. Please also include a brief background to your experience in relation to small business and customer needs.
If the project is successful, we have over 20 other subjects that need writing, and will offer these to you first before looking elsewhere.
