Online Business Manager / Virtual Assistant VA

Hi there,

My business sells e-courses, so I am looking for someone to come on and assist with the various administrative tasks, this could be a traditional VA role to handle the easier tasks, or it could be a more tech-savvy online biz manager to handle the advanced software.

Some of the tasks I need and softwares I use are below.

Can you please advise your level of competency for each, as well as how much you charge and how it works?

Please mark each of the below in your reply with a :

0 = Never used

1 = Beginner

2 = Intermediate

3 = Advanced

WEBINARs

- Use WebinarJam software

- live support during webi - I do two live webinars a month around mid-month on a Thursday 8pm and the next day, Friday 1pm (AUS time) - you would need to be live on those calls

- Summarising Q’s, Tech issues, welcoming buyers, kick off Q&A with strategic Q’s.

WORDPRESS

- Update blogs, be able to do simple wordpress duties

- My membership site needs to be updated and I need to build one more - so any advice/recommendations on plugins e.g., Membership site pro, and also experience on setting up a membership site

YOUTUBE

- Basic YT uploading

ACTIVE CAMPAIGN

- Active Campaign software - I have only just started using this so ideally you would have significant experience in order to advise me

- Also need to transfer from Aweber to Active Campaign

LEADPAGES

- Use Leadpages software

- Update all links and check pages are working for each launch

- Create new pages from templates

FACEBOOK COMMUNITY MANAGER

- welcome new students/manage any queries

OTHER

- software I either use now or am looking to use, would be great to know your skills with each: Trello, Evernote, Paypal, SamCart, Stripe

- general email/calendar management
