plugin for movable type

Job Description:

we would like to build a plugin for movable type 4.21 and 4.3 that will import external blog posts into a new blog in 1 of 4 ways:

1. title only

2. title plug 50 words of the blog post

3. title + 1 photo and full blog post

4. full blog post

at the bottom of every replublished blog entry, the post needs to say [Read More from (name of author) on [url removed, login to view]] and link the blog url text to the blog url online.

there need to be multiple entry slots to put in mutiple blogs in this way:

[name of author] [blog url] [type of import -- drop down list of the 4 options]

our server is a shared server on [url removed, login to view]
