Fix Envato auth script

Job Description:
* go to [url removed, login to view] and download the script
* upload files to a server (localhost is fine as well) and open [url removed, login to view]
* edit username and password in it and put any Envato acc details
* open [url removed, login to view] in browser and enter the captcha
* script should login you to Envato and show your monthly statement but it's broken and wont
* it'll constantly ask for captcha and say "failed, probably not logged in correctly, invalid month or envato is temporarily down."
* job is to fix the script so that the authentication works and script is able to login on any Envato page with a cached cookie
* the script was working fine till 5 days ago

When _get_url() function is made public it has to be capable of fetching any Envato marketplace URL and show in the header that you're logged in
To elaborate on the above; this code put into example.php should print out the TF homepage and show the user is logged in in the header.
