Job Description:

Hi, I need help with a small project where the below points need to be addressed:

1) An online invoicing solution.

2) A separate Login and admin feature for associate Login and Admin Login.

3) One mathematical function to assist for other management related functions, (checklists for quality control). (Mathematical calculation is currently done using excel and is a simple instance of one division and one multiplication only to get the result)

The project is for a business that has associates. The associates complete the work on their end and then submit completed work to the main company to check for quality control. If the completed work is carried out in accordance with the guidelines, we would tick this off in the online system and the associates can check from their end what is happening to each file that they have submitted.

There is specific commission payable to the associates and this commission will be paid only if the completed work is according to quality control guidelines.

Currently we use an excel sheet to carry this process and it is not very complicated to implement at all.

You need to replicate this excel sheet online so that, the associates can login and check status of payments and so on.

I can explain in more detail once I receive the bids.
