Need CMS and integration into website design

Job Description:
This site has 3 basic public-facing pages: HOME, PODCAST SHOW and EVENTS. The other pages listed in the examples will be hard-coded. The 3 basic pages require some CMS work.
Home page has elements that are driven by ad banner management and episodes from podcast shows that are created by the admin. Podcast shows are MANAGED by the podcast administrator. Each page listed has a completed design and template. There are several dynamic items that need to be integrated from the CMS system. All feeds (podcast and events feeds) need to be available in RSS format for mobile apps down the road.
The CMS consists of pages available to the admin and podcast admins to manage the feeds and other elements of the site. The site admins have the most control. They can manage the home page elements, podcast shows, podcast admins, all events, and the set up of additional admins. One other item is that with the creation of each show, a new pulldown menu item is added under PODCASTS in the main nav.
Podcast admins can manage their own shows and events.

There will be a backend login to the CMS. If an admin logs in, they will see the home page manager, podcast show manager, events and users. Podcast admins will only see their show and their events. Some elements of the podcast admins are NOT editable (refer to the podcastUser-admin screen)
