Billing system for telecommunication operators

We are looking for 2-3 guys living in Kharkov, Ukraine to expand our Kharkov software development team for a period of 3-4 months or on a permanent basis. Here are the requirements for the candidates: Technical ~~~~~~~~~ Application & database design Delphi (more than 2 years) Oracle (more than 3 years), database design, SQL, PL/SQL (+ knowledge of the Oracle's supplied packages and tools) Personal ~~~~~~~~~ 27-30 years old Experience as a member of a project team (more that 4 people) at least 3 years Experience as an analyst Experience in business areas (CRM, Accounting, Billing, Ordering, etc) Experience in projects for foreign customers, preferably German, USA, UK Ability to work under pressure Ability to quickly learn different technical issues High productivity Independence in decision-making Responsibility High basic salary that can be increased depending on your productivity and quality of your work ## Deliverables ## Platform Windows NY, 2000, XP, Linux
