The is a very simple app that will have a login page and about 4 more pages. Each page will have only labels and buttons. We have a MS SQL Server database and the app will call a SQL Stored Procedure for every button click. The app should refresh or check the database every 20 seconds and based on the data back from the database the app should vibrate/flash/sound to alert the user. Every time the app refreshes the app needs to send the location(coordinates). The app must run in the background at all times unless the user logs out.
