I am looking for someone to assist in sales, marketing and scheduling.

We run a small business that currently offers photobooth bookings in our area, with the intention to expand our services/team within 12 months.

I am looking for someone to manage:

- incoming enquiries

- providing information on services

- bookings

- follow up of warm leads

And basic maintenance of our Facebook presence

We operate primarily on Facebook together with an internet based booking system

Full training on those systems can be provided

This would currently be 2-3 hours work a week but for the right person we'd be keen to hand over more administrative duties

Prefer located in Australia or in a timezone similar to Australia as most communication with clients is done in real time chat
