The software link to a database & every time a customer wants to chat enter last name, email or by i.p. The software should recognize if the customer is an existing customer & what they bought from us. The software will be link to a webcam from the store and rep so the customer will have the choice to visit and take a virtual tour of the store, also have a chat with a representative if they have any question(s) and have a visual of the person they are chatting with so they know they are talking to a live person.
