Need Hiring Managers

We need 5 recruiters to achieve the following goal. I'm building an online study group for general artificial intelligence which is supposed to evolve into a research project and a startup company. I need someone to oversee the recruiting and online study environment management efforts. The ideal candidate profile for the guys who may be a good fit to my start up is below: A person who is, 1) Doing a research in ML/AL- Ph.D. in AI/ML/CV- Or, recently completed Ph.D./Masters/Bachelors in the similar fields 2) Currently working as Machine Learning Engineer, or Artificial Intelligence Engineer, or Data Scientist(with Deep Learning as a skill), or a Consultant(AI, ML) 3) They have a history of working on ML or AI 4) Not employed by fortune 500 company list 5) Should not be a C- level executive. 6) Has completed a relevant course(AI, DL, etc.) on from Udacity or Coursera I need to reach a lot of people fast. I need someone who can think creatively, look at all the possibilities, and manage this project to success. Hopefully, you have native grade English skills. For expenses, including your salary, keep a list of good arguments that show I'm getting good value for money. Just something that allows me to verify that the money (and time) is spent well. And of course some plans for what you are going to do before you do it so I can approve the expenses. If you think you would be a good hire, please apply and tell me what you can do.
