CHILDREN'S CARTOON ILLUSTRATIONS - for up to 25 products

Hello, We are looking for an artist who can create color children's illustrations. These are for children products. These will be combinations of 3 to 7 color designs as per attached photos. We will need the artwork in PHOTOSHOP or similiar, both as final with all colors and then seperated, one color per screen (these designs will be screen painted with screens on wood). If we don't need them color seperated or in PHOTOSHOP will the price be reduced? I have attached example of two former products. Please use these examples as a basis to quote the product illustrations.. We will be making 25 new products over the year. Please advise if there would be a reduced price if you did all, and what would be the time for completion of each step: Initial simple concepts, first drafts of the final , then for final coloring - for each complete product design. For our #172 Rabbit (photo attached) we will be making several products using this same shape, only with different artwork. Would the subsequent ones after the first cost any less? Can you replicate the same style as our attached photos? When bidding, submit samples of prior completed projects that are similar. These are tabletop products. I presume within reason you do not need exact dimensions to quote at this time? If your bid is accepted, we will supply details on each product, including samples of other artwork for concept and feel. Along with the artwork, we will need a sketch with the inch dimensions we supply. Thank you.
