Produce a Home Builder real estate website with a web 2.0 feel. This will be a builder/house & land package site.. I want the finished product to be along the same lines to the following site.. [[login to view URL]][1] (with an uploadable moving colage can be flash or animated gif) but with similar content, boxes, layout, search display & overall feel.. The colours and layout should be changed (green/light grey) to make it look different. The menue & boxes must be 2.0 & have a graident glossy look. All home images etc to be supplied. Basically web 2.0 feel with glassy look with all buttons etc. I want the full functionality of the house & land package search display to be the same with the same layout.. The ability to change pages & add verious items & manage the site (add content & drop down menues etc) the possibility to have xml flash imbedded into the site we are willing to pay for the access to xml flash files.. We want an admin(backend) & CMS system to manage images, packages & content of the website & the ability to add pages/house packages etc. The main part of the website will be the control panel I want an effecient control panel to upload properties similar to the my package property upload facitltiy I want to have a range of home designs loaded on the server which you can choose the home that automatically loads to a street adress input... The site is pretty simple but we want someone to take direction & not use basic templates or waste our time be creative & come up with suggestions & sample templates for the design based on the above information. it must have a mortgage area with mortgage calulators & stamp duty estimation etc.. ## Deliverables Some other compettitors sites you can look at to get a feel of the market include [[login to view URL]][2] [[login to view URL]][3] [[login to view URL]][4] we want our designs to be the same & when you click on a design I want to pop up with a similar look.. with the image, download brochures, overview, dimensions the icons etc I want the site to be be mainly a house & land search faciltity but also have information about home designs I also want to include some advertising banners.. I also want the advertising banner upload to be a specific size in a specific area with rotations between various banners etc... all controlled from the admin panel.. The admin panel needs to control the whole site including adding & deleting of properties the property details must be automated.. with the icons displayed etc.. for eg.. If we load a property package.. I want to choose home design from a list of pre loaded designs which will be continiously displayed on the site under designs which automatically loads the brochure of the design, the floor plans, inclusions, icons of bedroom, bath, etc, dimensions of the home etc..under the package then the only data needed to be put in is the property address, price, land size, (including land size/site map) that can be uploaded.. a pre display then appoved.. each feild or areas of the site have text feilds that an be updated through the admin panel... We can work though the areas of diplay but the main important areas are the package search display & the individual home designs.. We want the site to be editied & fully working with our information before launching it onto our server Finally include Basic SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) into the website ## Platform all 6.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and 2.0+ versions of Firefox
