I have links to 637 contracts in English. I need to count the number of clauses (provisions) of each contract and put them in an excel. I have done 32 already so you have only 602 left. You can use those 32 as examples of how to do it. Some contracts are divided into main articles (Article 1, Article 2 and so on), but you would need to count the articles withing those. So article 1.1 counts as one, also 1.2, etc. So a contract with 18 main articles could have 60. Do not count the very specific sub articles like 1.1.b. Just 1 and 1.1, 1.2 etc. Also do not count the exhibits or additional info. Stop at the signatures at the end of the contract. Some are very short contracts, some are longer. It takes on average about one and a half minutes to two minutes per contract, so you do the math. I pay 25 US dollars and I will check 10% of your work before releasing the payment. It has to be accurate.
