I have the history for some stocks and shares. The history is in a worksheet sheet and there will be a column of dates in column A and columns of prices ( starting at row 8) .
I want this project to let me select a price column and create the study below in a new worksheet:

Yiou can store the source sheet & column in cells in the new sheet.
We need the data & chart in a new worksheet with a refresh button to recalculate the data & forecast.
The forecase data must be present in the sheet under the chart.
Clicking on the chart plot area should calculate a forward curve on the date along the X axis so we can see what the forecast was on that date and compare it with the actual data. We need to be able to draw the 3 forecasts on the clicked date if they are displayed in tte forecast.
I'd like to add some analysis to the chart like
Confidence interval, [url removed, login to view]
Regression : [url removed, login to view]
Excel Forcast : [url removed, login to view]
and STD Deviation plus 2 user defined moving averages
These can be toggled & adjusted by checkboxes on a user form where necessary.
Add 2 buttons on the sheet to let us select a different source series...
VBA only - if formulas used they must be added by VBA
Prices can have #N/A values so they must be allowed for in the calculations
Obviously changing the data source (column) can change the range of data used.
It has to look smart and be designed to add more analytics or perhaps plot a second column in the chart.
Knowlewdge of the subject is important..... Impress me :)

Update to Clarify.
I have been asked to expand on what I need/expect.
I take end of day prices (via JSON) from our web database and displays them in Excel.
It is mostly commodity & currency prices. I want to add some 'forcasting' or prediction analysis.
I realize is not good to predict based on one time series. At best we are only showing simple probability on patterns.
This stage is to set the basis for expanding this project to stage 2 & 3 below.
Stage 1 here is easy enough but charts/reports must be dynamic, let the user select which studies to display (Confidence interval, Excel Forcast STD Deviation, Moving Averages etc). If moving average periods change they must update in real time. We must allow user to refresh and change datasource series, and run the prediction studies on any date in the chart so we can see the accuracy of the predicton ( this can be a second chart if needed).
We will want to see a table/chart plot of prediction % accuracy over time.
I'd like you to tell me what you can offer to improve the project.... more analysis techniques, charts. The VB is simple enought. It is the analysis I am interested in.
It could get interesting is if we let the user use a sheet containing multiple time series (we have a standard format/layout) and select one primary series and check the other series in the sheet to see if individually or collectively actas signals/influences for the primary series,
It would obviously depend on the series the user selects but perhaps change in the prime series could be more accurately predicted by change in the other series - or not. A report/chart showing influence of each series would be good.
It would be slow but perhaps it could be expanded to database searches for series that appear to influency the prime series. This would involve searching through 10000's of datbase series probably using python.
This project is for stage 1 only.
I need the developer to be able and willing to do stage 2.
