We have got a requirement to design, develop and prototype a IGBT stabilizer. Hi, I am a post graduate power electronics engineer and having very good industrial experience of 8+ years in R&D and project development. I am excellent welding power supplies design, high frequency transformers design, circuits design, multi-channel LED Drivers, Regulated power supplies design with universal input to DC output, Audio amplifier, drives design, Filters design for harmonic analysis and Power factor correction, SMPS, LED drivers, DC-DC, AC-DC converters design, PFC interleaved boost converter, Battery management system, Battery chargers, UPS design, sine wave Inverters, solar grid tie inverters, Solar battery chargers and street light systems design from few watts to KW range using Buck, Boost, and Buck –boost, Interleaved boost/buck, Fly back Push Pull and H-bridge inverters. I have very good experience to design high voltage power supplies up to 50KV for capacitor charging power supplies using soft switching topologies. I have work experience to design from few watts to KW range meeting all compliances like EMI/EMC and safety standards UL etc.

Hi, I am an electrical engineer with experience of four years in embedded and power electronics industries. I understand your requirement of static voltage stabilizer using IGBTs. We are manufacturer of relay stabilizer, servo stabilizer, APFC, UPS and Inverters. We have designed similar application for 5 KVA and now just have to upgrade for your specs. As you mentioned 20 KVA it will draw around 80-90 Amps current at full load nominal voltage so your MCB would be greater than 100 Amps. Please tell me what exactly you want from us like only design, simulation or working prototype so accordingly i will update my bid. Do let me know if you have any queries/questions.
