New Magento shop need products added manually

Hi, we have a Magento shop that needs products added.. the products are currently on other non magento shop, so only way to move products is manually.

The products must be copied to new shop with all images, all texts, all prices and all attributes must be made.

Some products are simple some will be configurable.

We need price per 100 products copied to new shop (there are over 1000 in all).. attached is a typical example of a product with 3 variants.
