Amazon blocked my account so i need to write appeal to them, i have done it several times but not working.
Here are the questions that needs to be answered clearly and technically.
1. You have misclassified the condition of your Marketplace items. All sellers are responsible for classifying their items in accordance with our Condition Guidelines.
2. You have listed against detail pages that do not exactly match your items. As stated in our policies, sellers must list the exact same item, in the same format, as the item represented on the detail page. This includes brand, manufacturer, UPC, edition, binding, quantity, packaging, color, etc.
3. Some of your shipments may have been damaged, incomplete, or lost due to insufficient packaging.
