Traditional Facade Remodel Needed

I already have a fully-developed split-level floorplan (two internal steps, three overall levels) that I do not want touched. The problem lies only with the exterior: the local developer has rejected my current façade for looking too modern, boxy and Tuscan. What I need now is a fresh set of elevations that read as a traditional farmhouse. Think welcoming, timeless lines rather than contemporary cubes. A pitched, gabled roof is essential, and I’d like the walls shown in weatherboard, painted brick or similar linear cladding so the drawings clearly communicate that intent. Deliverables I’m expecting: • Updated front elevation showing the new farmhouse look • A street-view 3D perspective picture file is fine so the developer can visualise the change No interior layouts need revisiting—just the facade. i have CAD floorplan and PDF elevations. it needs to be to scale
