Photoreal render 3D Rendering

The architect has already completed the plans, and now I need a smooth hand-off to a photoreal 3D render that I can drop straight into our marketing brochure and website. Your job is to translate those drawings into a set of striking, high-resolution visuals that feel built, lit, and lived-in. Scope • Work directly from the provided architectural plans (DWG and PDF). • Produce a photorealistic look—true-to-material textures, realistic depth of field, and believable lighting. • Focus on interior details: finishes, furniture, and décor should match the specifications in the plans or reference images I supply. Deliverables 1. Two to three hero stills (4K PNG or TIFF) showcasing the most marketable angles. 2. A turn-around set of medium-res images for social media. 3. Source scene file in the native format of your chosen tool (3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, or similar). Acceptance Criteria • Colors and materials match the plan schedule. • No geometry clashes or missing finishes when viewed up close. • Lighting and reflections are clean—no burnt highlights or excessive noise at 100% zoom. If you can optionally add exterior landscaping or more dramatic lighting passes later, let me know, but the first milestone is the exterior focused marketing shots above.
