Saya ingin merancang rumah bergaya modern yang tetap memiliki sentuhan klasik halus. Fokusnya pada fasad dan interior sekaligus, jadi keseluruhan tampilan harus harmonis dari luar maupun dalam. Elemen klasik yang wajib ada adalah kolom atau pilar—satu baris pilar utama di teras depan dan beberapa pilar aksen di ruang dalam. Selebihnya, garis‐garis bersih dan bukaan lebar khas modern tetap mendominasi. Ruang lingkup yang saya butuhkan: • Denah lantai terperinci beserta zonasi fungsi. • Konsep fasad lengkap dengan penempatan pilar, proporsi jendela, dan permainan material modern (mis. kaca lebar, baja ringan) yang menyatu secara elegan. • Skema interior: tata letak furnitur dasar, pilihan warna netral modern dipadukan moulding atau detail panel ringan agar nuansa klasiknya terasa lembut. • Render 3D eksterior-interior untuk memvisualisasikan suasana siang dan malam. • Rekomendasi material utama dan ukuran pilar agar mudah direalisasikan tukang di lapangan.
