Regarding the production method, I don't know your production volume, as mold making is quite expensive, and we need to consider costs. 1: Material selection (we need to know the actual use of the product you've described; for example, if it's a kitchen appliance, we should choose PP material.) 2: Product wall thickness limitations (given the product dimensions of 39.5x36x9.5cm, a wall thickness of 1.5-2.5mm is best), as this is the standard wall thickness for injection molding. 3: The mold draft angle needs to be determined based on the degree of etching required for the appearance.
