A diorama like the Cults3D one you linked works well for the Britten tower in Groom, but the tilted tank sitting on four thin legs is the tricky part. At small scale those legs and the cross bracing snap or print badly unless they get a minimum thickness, so I'd split it into tank, legs and base with keyed joints so it prints clean and glues straight at the right lean. You get print-ready STL and OBJ files, a preview render and the Blender source. I can deliver it in 4 days, and it includes up to 2 rounds of adjustments. Do you need just the printable files for your own printer or a print service, or a finished piece shipped to you, and roughly how tall should it be?
