Final mesh verified manifold in Netfabb and test-sliced in PrusaSlicer before delivery. The key detail most people skip: architectural models have paper-thin floor slabs, zero-thickness roof overhangs, and decorative elements that look great in a render but create unprintable geometry. I thicken and reinforce these specifically for FDM layer adhesion — not just to pass a manifold check, but to actually print without delamination.
