I need an enclosure modelled for a Raspberry Pi 4 B that will be printed first in PLA and later in PETG or ABS. The design has three fixed requirements: • Only the USB-C power port and the Ethernet jack are exposed; every other connector stays hidden inside. • A 5-inch touchscreen sits flush on the pi connecting to HDMI and GPIO headers underneath. I will supply product links, datasheets, and photos so you can match the exact footprint and height. The case should go up to the screen edge so it is all in one case for dust protection in my garage. • Heat must escape through slotted vents—your layout and pattern choice are up to you as long as they look clean and print reliably. No internal standoffs, screw bosses, or mounting posts are needed; the Pi and screen will be held by friction or the natural compression of the two-part shell. Deliverables — Printable STL files (separate top and bottom if that suits the design) ready for FDM printers. — A brief note on recommended layer height, wall thickness, and any support strategy you suggest. Fit, port alignment, and unobstructed screen viewing are the acceptance criteria. Once I confirm those on a PLA test print, the project is complete.
