3D studio Tutorial, OpenIV & FiveM

Im looking for someone who has knowledge in OpenIV, FiveM & 3d Studio,

What im looking for is someone who knows how to do 3d embedded text on a clothing in 3d Studio and then convert the clothing back to YDD/YTD from and ODD file

as you will see in the images below as to what im after.

Basically i dont want a flat image on the back i want it to look embedded into the texture then be able to convert it back to a YDD file to be able to use in FiveM " GTA "

a Simple tutorial would be great
