3D sculptor needed to sculpt some organic details from pictures

I need an experienced 3D sculptor to sculpt some organic details using pictures as reference. Some information are not in these pictures so you need some creative imagination in order to fill in missing parts. You will sculpt on top of a supplied STL model with pictures as reference. In this project I'm just looking for shape. If all goes well what is produced in 3D will be used to make a physical version of this. Preferably one of the tools you use is Blender3D. And a plus if you have some experience and understanding of 3D printing and requirements for 3D-models to be 3D printable. I think that for this task it would also be a plus if you have experience with physical sculpting. If you experience with casting as well - even better. Attached is one STL of a small "staircase", additionally there are a few pictures showing some details that have been placed on a 3D-printed version of the staircase. These added details are what I will need sculpted & imagined in 3D. I will give a full brief to the freelancer that is chosen for the project. What you are looking at in the pictures is a sort of handrail for this imaginative staircase. The red details in clay are mushrooms of the type that grows on trees. The railing and connecting pieces are branches and plant stems. They are represented in 2D cutouts in the pictures but should be drawn in 3D. The pictures attached are not the best. I will supply the chosen freelancer with more and better pictures as well as reference pictures and added explanation as needed. There should not be an overwhelming amount of detail in the final sculpt, if all goes well this will eventually be 3d-printed and cast. Therefore to fine detail that sticks out and is fragile should be avoided. Also no need to rush with proposals as I will use at least 24 hours to decide upon a freelancer.
