Modern Residential Landscape Design Needed

This project covers a full concept-to-documentation package for a private home in the Allentown, PA area. The space needs a clean, modern aesthetic that blends both lush plantings and crisp hardscape elements. Functional zones such as a patio, walkways and low-maintenance beds should flow naturally from the interior living spaces while respecting local climate and soil conditions. Key expectations • Scaled site plan showing all softscape (planting palette, lawn areas, groundcovers) and hardscape (paved seating area, paths, retaining or seat walls) laid out with dimensions. • 2–3 rendered perspectives or a short 3-D fly-through so the homeowners can visualise the finished look. • Material and plant list specifying species, sizes and quantities that thrive in eastern Pennsylvania. • Construction notes sufficient for a contractor to price and build. The deliverables may be created in Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion or comparable tools, as long as the final files are provided in PDF and one editable format. A brief kickoff call and any existing survey documents will be supplied on award; two revision rounds are included in scope to fine-tune layout and finishes.
