3d Model Water Bottle

I'm Looking for a 3D Designer, who can model the water bottle from given references, we do not have cad drawing for bottle only references photographs. Also, Only 3d Model Source File is required, No 3d Renders Are Needed. Thus I have a max budget of about 85$ for now. I hired 2 artists already but they faced difficulties to model the bottle with a normal polygonal modeling Approach with software such as(3dsmax,blender,modo) So I think Soild modeling /Surface Modeling Method is the way to go. So I would like to work with an artist who has experience in Industrial Product Design and have knowledge of Industrial Design Softwares such as like Solid Work, Autodesk Inventor, Catia, Fusion 360. Also, I can understand that pattern is kind of hard to identify from reference photographs. But this is what we have to work with, I hope we can Figure something out and make A decent 3d Model. The model Does not need to be super accurate but good enough looking so it can be used later for 3d animation.
