Master Plan

Job Description:

This project is to develop a residential master plan. The lot is 24 acres. We are planning to build a one story 2700 sqft house with a detached garage. There will also be a 40’ s 60’ barn. The driveway will split with one section going to the house and the other to the barn. There will also be a 12’ x 24’ greenhouse. The entire property will be fenced in. We are not expecting the master plan to show landscaping features other than the fence and existing trees.
