Make a 3D file so I can 3D print my design- a base for an arch made out of lightweight tubing

I'm making an elaborate Christmas lighting setup...an arch of light. The arch is 2.25" outside diameter (2" inside diameter) nearly-clear tubing containing christmas lights. The trick is to figure out how to attach it to the ground/grass wherever it is to be mounted. Here is a video of the lights in action- you put lights in each tube. [login to view URL] (This isn't my video but should give an idea of why I need a sturdy base that won't lead to wobble). I'm looking for someone to make a 3D model I can have printed of a base that would be steady. The tubing, HDPE, is somewhat flexible. I'd like to 3D print a base that I can glue to the HDPE tubing. So, I'd like a base that is 2.25" internal diameter- to slip the tubing into. Say, a relatively thin tube that goes 6" into the air to keep the base of the tube solid and aimed where I want it. Under the 6" tube should be a solid platform with several very small holes that I can use to stake the project into the ground. The base should extend in 3 directions for maximum stability. Each base must have a hole as well where the lights (christmas lights) can come out as well to connect to the next arch. I'm attaching a picture where someone has already tried this; The green item in the picture I'm attaching here should give you an idea of prior attempts- I think the item will be more stable if the wings at the base come out in 3 directions instead of 2. Please let me know if you think this will be possible... I anticipate that after the first attempt I will discover I need a slightly smaller tube, a longer support pole, longer base, or various changes. I anticipate this to be a long term (slowly progressing) project. I'm obviously not in a rush as it's for use in December and each file will have to be printed to be trialed.
