I need a complete Ansys HFSS model of a microstrip antenna working in the high-frequency band 140 GHz. My aim is to make array and to analyse radiation pattern, impedance matching and gain exactly as they appear in a research paper I will share after kickoff. Your job is to recreate the antenna geometry from the paper, set up the correct substrate, ports, and boundary conditions, run the solver, and then fine-tune dimensions so the results align with the publication. Acceptance criteria • |S11| ≤ –10 dB at the paper’s centre frequency • Realised gain within ±0.5 dB of the reported value • 2D/3D far-field plots that visually match the paper’s patterns Deliverables 1. Native .hfss project containing geometry, setup, and post-processing 2. PDF summary with screenshots of model, mesh, convergence, S-params and radiation plots 3.
