I need a full electromagnetic design for a dielectric lens – or a compact horn‑lens combination – that concentrates microwave energy at 2.45 GHz from an existing 1 kW source in a controlled lab/industrial setting. The goal is to maximise the energy delivered to a small focal spot (target ≈ 2–3 cm at a defined distance), so the work must revolve around: Directivity Gain High power‑density focusing at the target spot Please model, optimise and document the antenna‑lens using a recognised 3‑D EM solver such as CST Studio Suite, HFSS, FEKO or similar. I will rely on your simulations to validate return loss, beam pattern, peak gain and the size of the focal region before we commit to fabrication. Deliverables Native simulation project files and exported 3‑D geometry (STEP/STL/IGES) Complete material call‑outs for the dielectric (εr, loss tangent, machinability notes) Radiation pattern plots, gain vs. frequency, S‑parameters and near‑field focus maps Brief design report summarising methodology, optimisation steps and expected performance Manufacturing drawings or print‑ready files so the lens can be machined or 3‑D printed without further work Acceptance criteria will be the achievement of the specified performance in simulation, verified through the documents above and a quick online design walk‑through with me. If you have experience delivering high‑gain, highly directive microwave lenses or horn‑lens hybrids for power‑beaming or high‑intensity focusing at 2.45 GHz, let’s get started.
